Please ensure that your dog is free from infection or disease and up to date with their vaccinations.

Nervous or Aggressive Dogs
Nervous or aggressive dogs may take more time to groom and extra charges may incur. We reserve the right to refuse to groom a dog that we deem a danger to us or itself.
Welfare of the Dog
The welfare of your dog is our number one priority. Aged or disabled dogs may find some of the process of grooming stressful or uncomfortable. Because of this, they may need to be groomed for comfort and cleanliness, rather than style.
Cancelling Appointments
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before. This allows us to fill your appointment time.
Please do your best to be on time for appointments, but do let us know if you are running late.
Accidents
We always do our best to ensure the safety of your dog while they are in our care. However, due to the very nature of working with live animals and sharp equipment, occasional accidents may occur such as nicks or quicking of nails. Every effort will be made to ensure that your dog is groomed safely, but we do appreciate being forewarned of fidgety or potentially difficult dogs. You will always be notifed if any scratches or cuts have occured during the grooming process.
